As a I.T. Support and sales company, I was in charge of I.T. Management, OEM systems building, computer repairs, server and networks set-up, hardware and software support. Besides internal technical workshop support and repairs, I was also supporting clients on-site, making technical decisions of how to set-up a company’s system from ground-up or updating an existing one. The latter included installing hardware and setting up a network, configuring to fit a client’s needs, building the individual user workstations with relevant software and adding any peripherals. This was done in small businesses and/or larger systems ranging from 20 to 40 users.
